Our supervised strength training programs are the centerpiece of the Titletown Fitness experience. Our workouts are 30 minutes or less, only once or twice a week. We prescribe the minimum amount of exercise needed to produce maximum change. Whether your a busy professional or someone suffering from a condition such as arthritis, whether your goal is to lose weight or lower blood pressure, our programs will help you achieve your goals.
